Hi , i know its been a while since i post for this site but i have just added a new forum for the site. i hope you can share your wisdom about being a vegetarian there and help others out. It would really great if you could help out and build our vegetarian & vegan community in this forum. the address is forums.veggie123.com or you can also click on the top menu to access the forum.

Also, if you are not subscribed yet to my newsletter, i would invite you to do so. Because i regularly give tips & facts that may help you out whether it be about the nutrition,recipes, etc. When i update my eBook, you will also be emailed the download location. So, please dont miss out !! :D
