Sweet & Sour Cabbage

This recipe is so easy you’ll want to make it again and again and because it all happens in a crock pot, you probably will!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, shredded
  • salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Place cabbage and onion in the crock pot.

2.  In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth and well blended.

3.  Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
