Green Bean Pickles

INGREDIENTS:

·      1 lb fresh whole green bean
·      1 cup cider vinegar
·      1 cup water
·      1 Tablespoon mustard seeds
·      1 Tablespoon fresh dill (teaspoon of dry)
·      2-3 cloves garlic, minced
·      1 teaspoon salt
·      1 teaspoon agave nectar
·      cayenne pepper to taste

 
INSTRUCTIONS:

1.    Put all ingredients in a stock pot with a lid and boil.  Reduce heat, simmering for 10 minutes.

2.  Place in jars or containers with tight-fitting lids and refrigerate for 24-48 hours.

3.  These keep about a week and get better every day!
