INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 head Purple Cabbage
- 2 Carrots
- Thai Peanut Dressing (see recipe)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Chop cabbage finely and add to a large mixing bowl.
2. Shred carrots and mix with cabbage.
Pour Thai Peanut Dressing over vegetables and toss to mix.
