Thai Peanut Dressing

I originally created this to be a sauce for Thai-style food and found it to be a huge hit just as a dig for veggies and toasted pita bread!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
  • 4 Tablespoons Water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Whisk ingredients together or put them into a shaker with a form fitting lid and shake until blended.
