Tahini Butter

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup butter, softened or margarine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons Braggs Aminos

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.     In a dry pan, roast sesame seeds lightly.

2.     Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix, stopping to use a spatula to integrate the ingredients as needed.

3.     Be careful not to over mix this.
