Summer Poppy Seed Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup sweetener of choice
- 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons diced onion
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend.
3. Serve!
