Summer Poppy Seed Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup sweetener of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoons diced onion
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Add all ingredients to a blender.

2.  Blend.

3.  Serve!
