Soy Sauce Substitute

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 cup leeks, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pinch coriander
  • pinch turmeric

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.

2.  Cover and allow to sit for several hours (preferably overnight) to infuse.

3.  Keep covered tightly and refrigerated.
