Sesame-Dijon Vinaigrette with Capers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and combine until well blended.  Salt should not be necessary as capers are quite salty!
