Raw Cashew Cream

Cream is a great way to add flavor to a number of dishes, but this heart-healthy version will not only add that touch you’re looking for, but keep you healthy as well.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup raw cashew
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 4 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • dash salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Blend cashews with water until smooth.

2.  Slowly add oil until thickened.

3.  Add maple syrup, vanilla and salt and chill for 1-2 hours.
