Pineapple Coconut Grilling Marinade

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can pineapple with juice
  • 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 Tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.     Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.

2.     Use as a marinade or dipping sauce for vegetable and fruit kebabs fresh from the grill. Delicious!
