Pine Nut and Herb Garlic Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 2 T. nutritional yeast
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 t. dried basil
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons vinegar
- 4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grind pine nuts in food processor blender until well ground.
2. Add remaining ingredients and process on pulse, regularly pushing down anything that may stick to the sides.
