Pesto Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 4 Tablespoons of pine nuts
  • salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.     Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for about 1 minute or until all ingredients are well mixed and evenly chopped.

2.     Serve immediately, tossed with pasta and steamed vegetables.
