Maple Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Bragg’s Aminos
  • 1 Tablespoon agave or other sweetener
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • pinch cayenne (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse on and off for about 30 seconds.

2.  Turn blender on low speed for another 30 seconds to emulsify.

3.  Serve!
