Horseradish Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup horseradish root, peeled
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.     Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix until horseradish is grated and mixture is well combined.

2.     Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid and keep refrigerated.
