Curried Garbanzo Spread

This is a family favorite!  Try it on a sandwich instead of regular condiments!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 T. lime juice
  • 1/2 t. curry powder
  • 1/2 t. ground cumin
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley or cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

2.  Use as a dip or an amazing sandwich spread that is a welcome alternative to other more boring condiments.
