Creamy Caesar Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 Tablespoons dry white wine
  • 3 Tablespoons veggie broth
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup egg replacer
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

NOTE: Vegetarians may add shredded parmesan cheese if desired.
