Balsamic Vinaigrette

Make it once and you will instantly understand why so many restaurants serve balsamic vinaigrette as their ‘house’ dressing.  It is inexpensive to make and so simple that it requires absolutely no kitchen skill whatsoever.  Give it a shot!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix ingredients in a bowl and whisk together or simply put everything in a clean bottle with a lid and shake for about 30 seconds.
