Awesome Italian Dressing

This perennial favorite can be put together in no time and refrigerates well for up to two months.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 Tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 Tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 Tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.     Add all ingredients to a jar or cruet with tight fitting lid and shake well to mix, or process in a blender.  Blending will break up the fat particles in the olive oil and help to slow down the separation process that happens when you refrigerate this dressing.
