Asian Lime Ginger Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • peanut oil
  • sesame oil
  • Bragg’s Amino Acids
  • grated ginger
  • fresh lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Remember your 3:1 ratio of fat to acid and you can’t go wrong.  For example:  1 1/2 ounces of each oil (for a total of three), plus 1/2 ounce each of lime juice and Bragg’s.

2.  Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until ginger is completely blended.

3.  Store in the refrigerator covered tightly.
