Rice Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups leftover cooked rice
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • pinch salt
  • 4 Tablespoons sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.     Put rice and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat.

2.     Simmer 20-30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

3.     Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
