Pineapple Banana Sorbet

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 frozen bananas, sliced
• 2-3 ounces pineapple juice
• 2-3 ounces frozen pineapple juice
• shredded coconut (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Sorbet is ready to serve immediately!
