• 1 ripe banana
• wheat germ
• milk or rice milk
• raisins
• pinch cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mash banana in a bowl.
2. Add wheat germ and milk. Stir.
3. Add raisins and cinnamon. Stir.
4. Warm in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
