INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup almonds
• 2 bananas
• 8-10 pitted dates
• water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Start by soaking your almonds the night before. A 24 hour soak is best for this recipe.
2. Put all ingredients in the blender and process on high speed until smooth. It will look like mud but it is packed full of delicious nutrition.
