Homemade Applesauce

INGREDIENTS:
• 4 apples
• 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• sweetener as needed
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Peel and core apples, then dice them.
2. Toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon and sweetener.
3. Place mixture in a nonstick pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, until apples are soft. Serve immediately or cool and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Delicious warm or cold!
