Golden Peanut Butter Snack Bars

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup light agave nectar
• 1 cup raw sugar
• 1 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
• 6 cups generic corn flakes
• 8 ounces vegan chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Spray a 8 or 9″ square baking dish and add cereal to the dish.
2. In a saucepan, bring agave and sugar to a slight boil.
3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
4. Pour over cereal and stir to combine.
5. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and pour over the cereal mixture.
6. Refrigerate overnight and cut.
