Delicious Chocolate Frozen Dessert

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups water
• 3/4 cup vegan sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 Tablespoon espresso powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine water, sugar and cocoa and whisk together over medium heat until dissolved and boiling.
2. Add vanilla and espresso and remove from heat.
3. Chill completely.
4. Place in ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s guidelines to process.
