Crunchy Kale

INGREDIENTS:

• fresh kale
• cooking spray
• fine grain salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut clean, fresh, de-stemmed kale into long strips.

2. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt (if used).

3. Bake at 350 degrees until bright green and crispy, about 15 minutes.
