Cheesy Grits

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup milk or rice milk
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cups quick cooking grits
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese or creamy polenta
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat liquid in saucepan until boiling.
2. Slowly add grits, whisking constantly and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in cheese and mix until melted.
4. Serve.
